Learn how to place your body to turn upside down. In this workshop you'll also learn drills to build strength to sucessfully invert in the future. This class will give you building blocks for headstand, forearm stand, floating, and handstand.


Floating

June 27th 4:30pm

Learn how to float. How to activate your breath to support decelerating your mass in space. You'll also learn how to create space in your body to experience floating:

Headstand, forearmstand, handstand

June 28th 4:30pm

In this workshop you'll learn how to get into headstand, handstand ,and forearm stand as well as how to unwind after going upside down. We'll also continue to build on the drills and floating principles we learned in the first two inversion workshops.
